Daler Master — Privacy Policy

Daler Master is the bonus program app for installers ("masters") of Daler's Boiler water heaters. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Name and phone number — to create and identify your account.
• Region and district — for the regional leaderboard.
• Installations you register — product serial numbers you scan or enter.
• Installation photos — a photo you attach as proof of installation.
• Payout card number — only when you request a cash payout, to transfer money to you.
• Support chat messages — when you write to support inside the app.

How the data is used

All data is used solely to operate the bonus program: confirming installations, calculating and paying bonuses, exchanging points for gifts, and answering your support messages. Data is stored on our own server and is never sold or shared with third parties. We show no advertising, use no analytics SDKs and do no tracking across other apps or websites.

Camera

The camera is used only to scan a product serial code and to take the installation proof photo. Images are uploaded only when you submit a bonus request.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Menyu → Sozlamalar → Hisobni o'chirish. Your account is blocked immediately, your personal details (name, phone, region) are anonymised at once, and remaining personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymous accounting records of paid bonuses are kept as required for bookkeeping.
